HOW TO PAY
By credit or Debit Card: All transactions are in pounds sterling. We accept online payment in a secure environment with the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, American Express
By Cheque or bank Transfer: If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted your order. All goods are sold subject to availability.
CURRENCY & PRICING
All prices shown on this website are quoted in pounds sterling. All UK and European orders include VAT at 20%. If your order is being despatched outside the European Union (EU) then we will deduct VAT.
SCARVES & CUSHIONS
UK orders are typically delivered within 5 working business days of order placement. International orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days, depending upon the destinations and customs processing. During exceptionally busy periods e.g the turn up to Christmas, you should allow extra time for delivery, but please let us know if something is required for a specific date and we will do our best to fulfil your request.
CUSHIONS - DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK AND EU
For customers outside of the UK and EU, our cushions are sent without the feather inserts this is due to the high cost of shipping based on volume. If you do require the insert please let us know and we will advise you of the additional charge and you can decide if you wish to have the inserts or not.
We print all our fabrics to order. Please allow 2 -3 weeks for your order plus shipping time. Our focus is on utilising the digital print on demand technologies to minimise fabric waste and reduce energy and water use. UK orders are typically delivered within 5 working business days from dispatch. International orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days, depending upon the destinations and customs processing.
We currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK Orders, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man are part of domestic shipping. We send all orders via a trackable signed for delivery service – please note that goods will need to be signed for on delivery. We will email you with the relevant tracking information once the shipment is arranged. Bespoke Orders will incur Shipping Charges these will be sent with your quotation for project.
We deliver to all countries worldwide. We are unable to deliver to a PO box as a signature is required upon delivery. All our products have had the international shipping costs set by a combination of their volumetric weight and the shipping destination. We reserve the right to amend the cost of shipping should for any reason we need to – although we should stress that this would be highly unlikely. If the amended cost was not satisfactory to you, then of course we would issue a full refund. On the website we offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. All international deliveries are sent via courier. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt. We use a courier service for all of our shipping – please note that goods will need to be signed for on delivery. We will email you with the relevant tracking information once the shipment is arranged. The final price quoted on the payments page after you have filled your basket and specified your location is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination, but excluding any local import duties.
DUTIES & TAXES
We advise international customers (outside the EU) to note that orders shipped overseas are sent on delivery duty unpaid basis. You may have to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery. We do not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer.
FABRICS are all printed to order or cut from the roll we do not offer returns with fabrics, unless faulty or damaged. We encourage customers to purchase a fabric sample before placing an order.
SCARVES & CUSHIONS It is your responsibility to return products to the address advised by N&N WARES. The cost of returning the Products will be the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in the same packaging as they were sent, or of an equivalent standard. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using special delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. We will only accept the return of Products if sent back in original, unused condition. Refunds, excluding delivery, will be issued within 21 days after Products have been received and checked, and are always credited via the original method of payment.

All sale items are final, and non-returnable/refundable.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform N&N WARES within seven days of receipt if they feel any of the goods in the order arrive damaged or faulty. Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods must be returned to N&N WARES within 14 days of delivery. You shall be entitled to a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs plus any return postal charges) if the goods are in fact defective.
